Bedrooms

The property features five elegant guest rooms, all located on the upper floor and each equipped with its own private bathroom. Two of the rooms offer exceptional views of the St. Lawrence River and the Massif de Charlevoix, while the others overlook the peaceful wooded landscape at the foot of the mountain.

The rates shown in the table below apply to single or double occupancy.
Breakfast is included with every reservation.
Taxes are additional.

Reservation Conditions

Summer season (May 1 to October 30, 2025): a minimum stay of 2 nights is required (single or double occupancy).

Winter season (November 27, 2026 to March 20, 2027): bookings are possible starting from 1 night (single or double occupancy) Except for the La Montagnarde room, a minimum stay of 2 nights is required.

(T&C) *For any stay of three nights completed between November 27, 2026 and March 17, 2027, the third night is offered for the following rooms: La Nordet, L’Estrienne, La Rêveuse, and La Baie. This complimentary night must be used during the same stay, which must take place between November 27, 2026 and March 20, 2027. It cannot be postponed outside the promotional period, transferred, split, or exchanged for monetary value. The offer is valid subject to availability and according to the establishment’s opening dates.                                                                                                          “This winter promotion may be terminated at any time, without prior notice and without any compensation whatsoever.”

    Additional rate for the Montagnarde room:

    The rental of the Montagnarde room for 2 people, includes the use of a single bed, a supplement of $ 25.00 + taxes will be billed to you for the second bed, when you submit your invoice on the day of your departure.

    • 0 to 1 year: free

    • 2 à 10 years : 15$

    • 11 years and + : 25 $

     

    INFORMATION on arrival times and payment:

     

    • Check-in time: between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM. If you plan to arrive after 6:00 PM, please call or email us to make arrangements. (After 6:00 PM, without an agreement or notification from you, we will cancel your room as of 8:30 PM. Thank you for your understanding.)
      Check-out time: 10:30 AM
      We would like to remind you that between guests’ departure, cleaning, and the arrival of new guests, rooms are only available from 4:00 PM.

    House Rules 

    To ensure the safety, comfort, and rest of all our guests, we kindly ask you to observe the following rules:

    🚭 No Smoking

    Smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas of the property, including guest rooms, common areas, the gallery, and the terrace. Any violation will result in:

    • A minimum fee of $300 for decontamination and cleaning;

    • Immediate departure of the offender, with no refund for the stay.

    🔥 Flammable Products

    The use of any flammable product (gas canisters, candles, fragrance diffusers, incense, Armenian paper, etc.) is strictly prohibited in guest rooms and common areas. Any violation will result in:

    • A minimum fee of $300 for decontamination and cleaning;

    • Immediate departure, with no refund.

    🍳 Cooking Prohibited

    Cooking inside the property (guest rooms and common areas), as well as the use of barbecues or any cooking appliances, is strictly forbidden. Any violation will result in:

    • A minimum fee of $300;

    • Immediate departure, with no refund.

    The kitchen is a private area reserved exclusively for the owners.

    🌙 Quiet Hours

    Between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m., please respect the rest of other guests by keeping noise to a minimum and avoiding slamming doors.

    🧺 Towels

    Towels are provided for stays of one or two nights. For stays longer than two nights, a change will be made starting on the third day.

    🧴 Use of Bathroom Linen

    Bathroom linen must not be used to clean objects, wipe spills, or be taken outside the room you occupy. In case of loss, theft, or misuse, a $100 penalty will be charged.

    🛏️ Protection of Bedding

    Please take care of the bedding (bedspread, sheets, blankets). If liquids are spilled or stains occur, cleaning fees may be charged.

    🚬 Outdoor Smoking Area

    An outdoor container is provided for cigarette ashes and butts. Please do not discard cigarette butts on the ground.

    ⚠️ Force Majeure

    In the event of force majeure, the property reserves the right to cancel any reservation without prior notice and without compensation.

    🚗 Parking

    The property cannot be held responsible for theft or damage occurring inside parked vehicles.

    👟 Shoes at the Entrance

    To maintain a clean and healthy environment, please leave your shoes at the entrance in the trays provided. Indoor shoes may be brought if desired.

    🍽️ Breakfast Service

    Breakfast is served between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m.

    📄 Acceptance of Terms

    Any confirmed reservation implies acknowledgment and acceptance of the general terms and conditions of sale and the house rules.

      Cancellation Policy

      In the event of a cancellation by the guest, the following policy shall apply (General Terms and Conditions):

      Cancellation Clauses

      • 7 days or more before the arrival date: no charge

      • 3 to 6 days before the arrival date: 50% of the stay + taxes

      • 48 hours or less before arrival, or in case of no‑show: 100% of the stay + taxes

      The hosts will be pleased to answer any additional questions or provide further information by phone or email.
