Bedrooms

The B&B has five bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms located upstairs. Two of them offer breathtaking views of the St. Lawrence River and the Massif de Charlevoix, while the other three overlook the wooded mountain setting.

Rates

The prices shown in the table below apply to single or double occupancy. Breakfast is included. Taxes are extra.

Booking Conditions

• Summer season (May 1 to October 30, 2025): Minimum 2-night stay required (single or double occupancy).
• Winter season from Friday, November 28, 2025 to Monday, April 6, 2026.Reservations for 1 night or more (single or double occupancy). 

2025–2026 Winter Offer: The snow is falling, the prices are dropping: two nights paid, the third free*!

*For any reservation made between November 28, 2025 and April 5, 2026, including two paid nights, a third night is offered in the following rooms: La Nordet, L’Estrienne, La Rêveuse and La Baie. This free night must be used during the same stay. It is non-transferable, non-divisible and non-exchangeable for a monetary value. The offer is valid subject to availability and depending on the establishment’s opening days.

    Additional rate for the Montagnarde room:

     

     

     

    The rental of the Montagnarde room for 2 people, includes the use of a single bed, a supplement of $ 25.00 + taxes will be billed to you for the second bed, when you submit your invoice on the day of your departure.

     

    * Rates for additional mountain people:

     

    • 0 to 1 year: free

    • 2 à 10 years : 15$

    • 11 years and + : 25 $

     

    INFORMATION on arrival times and payment:

     

    • Check-in time: between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM. If you plan to arrive after 6:00 PM, please call or email us to make arrangements. (After 6:00 PM, without an agreement or notification from you, we will cancel your room as of 8:30 PM. Thank you for your understanding.)
      Check-out time: 10:30 AM
      We would like to remind you that between guests’ departure, cleaning, and the arrival of new guests, rooms are only available from 4:00 PM.

    Regulations and F.A.Q.

    In order to ensure the safety and rest of our guests, we ask you to respect the following rules:

     

    It is forbidden to smoke in the whole house as well as the gallery and the terrace. Anyone having smoked in the rooms or in the common areas, the offenders will be claimed *: (* A lump sum will be asked of you of 300 $ minimum for the costs of decontamination and cleaning as well as the departure on the spot in order not to have complied with the house rules with the full cost of stay)

     

    • The use of all flammable products in all forms (Example: gas cylinder, candles of all models, perfume diffuser, incense, Armenian paper and other products) is prohibited in the rooms and common areas of the lodging, offenders will be claimed *: (* A lump sum will be asked of you of $ 300 minimum for the costs of decontamination and cleaning as well as the departure on the spot for not having respected the rules of procedure of the lodging with the expenses of stay in full)

     

    • It is forbidden to cook in the lodging (rooms and common areas), to use a barbecue and any other means of cooking, the offenders will be claimed *: (* A fixed amount will be asked of you of 300 $ minimum for the expenses of decontamination and cleaning as well as the departure on the spot for not having respected the internal regulations of the lodging with the expenses of stay in full)

     

    • The kitchen remains a private space reserved for the owners.

     

    • Between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. we ask you to respect the guests’ rest by limiting noise and not to slam the doors.

     

    • Towels are provided for a stay of one or 2 nights and can be changed on the third day for stays longer than 2 nights.

     

    • For smokers we ask you to use the outside bin reserved for cigarette ashes and not to throw your butts on the ground.

     

    • The parking of vehicles, the lodging can not be held responsible for damage or theft inside cars.
    Reservation & Cancellation Policies
    • At the time of booking, a credit card number will be required to validate it. No money will be debited from your account, payment will only be made on the day of your departure by the following means: Cash, Debit / Interac card, Visa and Mastercard.

    In the event of cancellation by the customer, the following policy will apply, see opposite:

     

     

    Normal clauses (Excluding Covid-19):

    • 7 days or more before the date of arrival: no charge
    • 3 to 6 days before the arrival date: 50% of the stay + taxes
    • 48 hours or less from arrival or if the client does not show up: 100% of the stay + taxes.
